HepaTux - Simple and fast liver segmentation

HepaTux is a package for the ECCET system that aids in segmentation of the liver.
It is currently in development and not yet a certified medical product. Do not use on patients for diagnostic purposes.

Properties

  • Needs no specialized hardware, just a standard PC.
  • Simple to use.
  • 2D- and 3D-views during the segmentation process.
  • Segmentation takes about 6 minutes on average. (Depending on the complexity of the situation this varies in the range of about 3-15 minutes.)
